Welcome to Our Youth Project

PrideStart Youth Project works with young people aged 11-25 to build up their skills and confidence through informal and social education so they can fulfill their potential. We work in partnership with local organisations and the communities of Greater Birmingham.

We develop and offer services and projects that are closely tailored to meeting the specific needs of Birmingham's young people. These are informed by PrideStart's understanding of Birmingham's changing and complex demographics and, most importantly, in response to continuous feedback from young people themselves. PrideStart's position in Birmingham and the service it provides make it a unique and valuable part of the city.

PrideStart Group is organisation designed to help every young person be the best that they can be! We have a wide range of services, offering different things to different people, who have different needs at different times. For some young people that we work with we provide a safe place to be and a source of practical and emotional help. For some, it's a fun place to meet with challenging activities in the evenings and holidays. For others, we offer accommodation and support. And of course, for some young people, it can be all of these things!

And we're always looking for your suggestions about what you want!  PrideStart Youth Project is available to ALL young people aged 13 - 25 years, living in the Birmingham area.
